Our Response to COVID-19
Our programs are open, and we are working to faciliate telehealth appointments for therapeutic services as much as possible. We are increasing sanitation procedures at all of our locations.
Additionally, we ask that clients who have experienced any of the below symptoms in the last 14 days call to reschedule, move their appointments to a telehealth option, or let us know that they will be absent:
- Other Cold or Flu-like symptoms including shortness of breath and/or fatigue
Our Wellness Program is open and available to pick up food boxes and/or clothing closet items. These can be picked up via curbside pick up at our Springfield Campus, and food boxes can be delivered to your home as needed. The Wellness Program is open to all clients, but is only currently being accessed by staff.
As of mid-June two of our classroom-based programs have reopened. Our ITS (Intensive Outpatient Services) classroom which serves middle and high school aged students has been moved onto our Springfield Campus location, and adjusted for social distancing and santitation precautions. One of our Day Treatment classrooms has reopened on our Springfield Campus with social distancing and sanitation precautions in place. We will continue working to adjust our programs which necessitate in-person delivery of services, always keeping in mind the health and safety of our clients, staff, and wider community.
