POSITION: ICTS CHILD/FAMILY THERAPIST

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree with major coursework in psychology, sociology, social work, group work, or allied subjects; working knowledge of the principles and techniques of family and child therapy; 3 years of supervised clinical experience in family and child therapy; ability to coordinate treatment with other interventions; ability to prepare informative and concise records and reports; ability to participate in team treatment planning; additional graduate level work preferred or suitable combination of training and experience; advanced knowledge and professional understanding of theories of family therapy and child development, psychology, human behavior, group dynamics; demonstrated skills with severely emotionally/behaviorally disordered children and their families, and be certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as required by DART standards; ability to deal courteously with clients, co-workers, community agencies and the public.
